★★★★★
PositiveI recently toured the facility with my mother and father and we absolutely loved it. The sales director Stacy was fantastic and was very knowledgeable. We decided to go ahead and move Mom and Dad in. Highly recommend this community for your loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff seem to care about his quality of life, and there are usually lots of appropriate activities my dad can participate in. The room size is perfect for his needs and the staff does a great job of keeping it clean. Dad can't really taste/smell the food, but there seems to be a good variety of foods offered.
★★★★★
PositiveDad is inspired by the exercise program that he does three times a week, he really enjoys that and it's helping him be healthier. He enjoys the camaraderie in the outdoor gatherings, just off the front porch area. His apartment is a one bedroom that is a mini version of his old home, which was quite a bit larger, but it was big enough to make it feel like home and move his own stuff in there. The staff is professional enough, yet it still feels like a family who cares. [name removed], the main nursing staff person,…
★★★★★
CriticalPoor communication from administrative staff when residents become ill. No follow up when residents are hospitalized. Zero assistance or resources for moving out when a patient passes. While the staff in the residence seem to care for the patients, the administrative staff is clearly focused on the transactional side with neither the empathy nor support for grieving family. Clothes/sheets/towels are frequently misplaced when laundered. Menu was not as promised and food was often served cold.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is friendly and responsive. My mom has lots of activities to participate in and she really likes everyone there. It's helpful that the have a bus to take her to doctor appointments. Yes, I would recommend Creekside community to other families.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have been having some issues with the physical part of the facility. Problems z with the ac, sewer backing up after treacherous rains. Staff has been very nice.
