PositiveI would rate my experience a 4 out of 5. There is so much to love about living here. The staff is always very helpful, and the residents are welcoming and friendly. My apartment is comfortable and has an amazing view. I especially love the tranquil grounds, as well as the art studio and gallery. My only complaint at this time is the disruptive noise from the ongoing construction. However, I know the finished project will be beautiful, and I’m confident that once construction is complete, my rating will be a 5+!

PositiveThe staff works well as a team. We are sad to see the sales director leave. He was a gem. His new facility is fortunate to have him. Had we known the upgrades were going to be so extensive. We might have waited until the first of this coming year to move. The new door and windows are great. Cleanliness and food are good. Activities are plentiful and varied.

PositiveI moved from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment and love it! I also have a balcony that seems to protrude into a lovely ash tree. There is a storage room about six doors down, which is very convenient. The cost for the one-bedroom is worth it, even though it is more than I paid for the studio. It's a wonderful place to call home, and my kitty is happy too!
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a very comfortable retirement home with a very attentive staff. Lots of artists here. Some homes are very dolled up but lack friendliness, this one is friendly. The property, it is nestled (hidden) inside a good and busy city area with easy access to shopping, dining, libraries, exercise centers, pool, and movies. Yet no street noise traffic as we are back private in the property. It is so private I actually passed it when coming home. Abundant wildlife ducks, birds, frogs chirping at night.... so relaxing...…

Positive[name removed], marketing manager, is most welcoming and helpful. [Name removed] in the kitchen is helpful in many areas beyond her responsibility. There are many questions about the recent changes in management companies yet to be answered.

PositiveAfter living at Creekside Village for seven months I am delighted to confirm my decision to move here. The apartment is delightful, the staff wonderful, the grounds beautiful, and the social atmosphere is vibrant with friendship and fun! Even the food is good! In addition Creekside is pet friendly and close to many fun crafting stores. I plan on staying here for all my future years.
