Our family's experience

1. Overall experience is a 5. We moved from [community removed] memory care. Because [name removed] was not having advanced dementia she received very little care, not being brought to meals and little interaction with anyone. After informing us rate increases would be normal they raised our rate at year one 21.5% from $[removed]to $[removed]. Crossroads charges us $[removed] per month. Home is always clean. Very friendly. Wonderful home

The staff is kind, loving, patient and attentive and very good in communicating with the family. Medications are also organized and carefully distributed. I will never forget the first time I walked into this home. It was very clean and welcoming with the smell of something wonderful cooking for dinner. It has been consistently like this for the last 3 1/2 years that my mom has been living here. We visited many Board and Care homes before finding Crossroads Elderly Care and none compared to this. Peace of mind

I toured a lot of different places in our area and I chose Crossroads Elderly Care because when I talked to the caregiver, I just knew. When you walk into the house it smells amazing, it is immaculate, and they have a beautiful patio in the backyard where you can visit with your family as well as a pool. I felt like I walked into a dream, my mom immediately loved it. After my dad passed away I asked if my mom wanted to come live with us and she wanted to stay.
