Care when you need it most

Our overall experience has been very nice. My grandfather says everyone has been kind and helpful. When we visit, all the staff say what a joy he is to have around. They have good activities and try to keep the residents actively involved. We feel safe leaving our grandfather in their hands.

Good Care, Good Food, and Plenty of Activities

Overall, we have been pleased with my mom’s experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is good with plenty of variety, and there are a lot of activities available for residents. One area that could be improved is the orientation process for new residents and their families. My main concern is there's a issue with the food it is a bare minimum and there's been times they've been fed the same thing for days at a time and the stoves have been down for what you pay there and what they advertise are two different things they don't offer special dietary needs from experience of other places that's off putting the value at $[removed]a month I feel is a little steep for what is offered but still a nice facility that I would recommend if a few things were taken care of as in someone on site ad…

[name removed] was very friendly and answered all my questions. When I returned with my mother, he made her feel very safe and confident about where she would be going.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and cheerful. Many great amenities. Residents seemed clean and happy.

The facility looked very nice and welcoming. The people I interacted with were great as well. Our community guide was very informative about the facility and process, and he answered all of my questions.
