We had a couple Minor issues with one of the housekeepers and my grandma's dog when she was in one of the awards, but that was quickly resolved due to her having to move. In the memory care ward she was very well taken care of, they were constantly taking photos of her as she was coloring, playing with yarn and trying to keep her active while she was rapidly declining mentally. In general, the place was very clean and did not smell like an old piercing home, which was a relief didn't feel clinical and awkward. It f…

The staff is fantastic, they have lots of activities. The food is good, but sometimes a bit rich and too salty. They keep the facility very clean. The apartment size is great! My only concern is their response time when my mom walked out a door with an alarm one time.

The common areas and Mom's room are always very clean. The staff is always very kind and professional. They have many fun activities and sometimes have musical guests come in and perform for the residence. It is expensive, but not as expensive as other places we looked at, and the quality is much higher.

Moved my 91 year old mom here after a stroke from out of state. No effort was made to welcome her or get to know her once the lease was signed. She fell twice, pushed her button and waited, waited, and waited, yelling, “Help” both times she eventually had to crawl to her door and yell for help.
