I visited this facility

Emerald Vista was nice but not for my dad. The staff seemed very nice. The owner was not there during our visit as she was out of town. I was kind of disappointed with that scheduling issue. Everybody was kind of quiet. It's the first time I've been to a place like that, so I didn't know what to expect. Everybody was so nice, but there would have been some language barrier for my dad, so it wasn't for him. The rooms I saw were kind of plain, nothing real fancy. I guess they can fix up their spac…

I am a friend or relative of a resident

I have already found a placement and actually it has just worked out great. Emerald Vista is a care home and it is very clean. It is just a nice place. Their rooms are clean and well maintained. There are around five patients there. Their staff are very caring and they care about their residents. I could not have asked for anything better.
