PositiveMy mom has been at Fullerton Guest Home for over 3 years now and we could not be happier. Although she can be difficult to deal with, they are always very patient with her and safety is the staff’s number one concern. I would highly recommend this home if/when you get to a point where your loved one can no longer live at home by themselves or with family members.

PositiveMy mom has been at this location for 4 1/2 years and we love this place for her. The staff respond to any concerns that I have immediately. My mom is happy as well; she enjoys the meals and the care she receives. I visit her daily so I have very good knowledge of this home. My mom will be 99 this month and is doing extremely well due to their care.

PositiveWe were blessed with one more month with my mom while she was at Fullerton Plaza Guest Homes. She was with Kaiser Hospice (I don't recommend this for anyone), and I think it contributed to her demise. When we transferred her to Fullerton Guest Homes - they helped us get a new hospice group for her. Compassionate Care hospice was so good to her. A nurse came to visit her 2-3 times a week. CriticalThe satff was pretty good but the administration and men were horrible. They gave them cold crusty sandwiches. My loved one contracted COVID. They would not let her go outside on the patio or participate in activities. It is the worst place that I have ever seen. Overall, it is pretty horrible. They would not refund us our money, so we had to get her out of there. She always had a caregiver, and when she showed up, they would not allow her in.
