PositiveMy brother moved to the Gardens at Wakefield this July from another state. [name removed] was very instrumental in making this move almost seamless. I cant say enough about how helpful, kind and accommodating [name removed] was. My brother is safe and happy at the Gardens. He tells me he loves it there. Everything he needs and more is provided. He eats healthier and has others to eat with. He likes everyone and has made friends and now doesn’t ever have to eat alone. Dining is a restaurant setting with a menu and …

PositiveI recently toured this community looking for a community for my Mom. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and has a pretty garden with lots of space to walk and enjoy the outdoors. The residents and staff were very friendly and it seems like a great place. It is high on the list being considered for my mom.

PositiveThis place is absolutely fantastic! The food is incredible, the staff is exceptional, and the overall experience is outstanding. The rooms are stunning, and you'll love every moment here. Plus, there are countless activities to enjoy every day, making every stay exciting and unforgettable!

Staff and guests stressed out and yell at each other. Gone down hill fast. Cost conserving measures breaching lease contracts. Food quality (e.g. chicken backs) gone to pot & sometimes not edible. Run out of food.HVAC systems debacle ongoing for many months. Some staff dox residents publicly and their family members, so be very careful. Things are not as s…

PositiveHappy with my apt. Food has been getting better actually. Staff if great! Just changed from SPectrum to direct TV...not real happy about that. You can keep Spectrum WiFi and TV but then you pay them. Having the cleaners once a week very helpful. We have Fox PT now and seem very good so far.

PositiveI would honestly rate all categories at a 5. My mom absolutely loves it at the Gardens of Wakefield. The staff are very friendly and caring. The facility is very clean and inviting. My mom enjoys the activities and the meals. She also loves the size of her apartment, the balcony, and having her own washer and dryer. My mom is a completely different person (in a good way) than she was before she moved to the Gardens at Wakefield due to her increased social life and staying busy with all of the activities. The staff …
