PositiveThe staff is friendly and helpful. They are good with [name removed]. [name removed] seems to in good spirits. The main rooms are clean and kept up. They follow through on the things I talk to them about but aren't always good with communication back to me. Especially the medical staff. Never hear back from them.

PositiveOur family had an in person tour with Glen Park at Long Beach and even though we did not pick it for our loved one, we thought they did a really nice job when it came to the overall tour.
★★★★★
PositiveGlen Park at Long Beach provides three meals a day plus snacks in between (the lady actually offered snacks and something to drink while we were there). They were very congenial. She took us around the memory care facility and she was very good. It seemed to be kept up and clean. They had a nice theater room, outings, and activities (there's an activity board posted). The residents seemed to be content as well. The only thing was it was too far away.

PositiveMy dad has been in Glen Park at Long Beach for four weeks now. The overall experience has been great. The staff is very helpful. The room is very clean. The facility is very clean. The food is good. The dining area is very inviting and clean. Activities are walking, music, and holiday gatherings. We love the outdoor spaces and the garden area. The covered patio is very nice. It's a very pleasant outdoor environment.

No odor. The residents that we saw all seemed clean, their hair done, and they were dressed nice, so I thought there was good care there. They showed us mostly the general places; I think the memory care was being updated. The apartments were furnished. The bigger room that we looked at did not have any kitchen facilities.…

PositiveI toured Glen Park at Long Beach. The staff described everything very well. She took me on a tour. She was very polite. It was very clean. The other people that work there were nice. It's a good tour. It would be nice for anybody, but not for me because of my husband's situation. It's for memory care but my husband needs memory care lockdown. They don't have the lockdowns that I needed. It's a secure place, but not for my husband's needs. The rooms are immaculate. They are nice, and th…
