PositiveOur families experience
[name removed] does not participate in the activities. She has her meals brought to her. The people who bring her meals to her are caring and polite. The communication with the medical staff has been good. I always feel welcomed when I come into the building. The one concern I gave is with housekeeping. Her apartment is not cleaned as often as it should be.

She loved the staff and the food, she loved playing bingo and the craft. The nurses take great care of her and she enjoys their attention. She had a serious fall that required multiple stitches and they got her to the ER and back again safe and sound before I could check in. They were wonderful.

The tour at Grand Victorian of Greenwood was very informative. They showed the rooms, what kind of care they provide, the pricing, and the Medicaid waiver when you run out of assets. There was only one person who made the presentation.

PositiveWhether temporary or permanent, this facility has everything you might need. Comparable to a luxury hotel including 2 beautiful Grandfather Clocks! [name removed] was a wonderful tour guide. We are opting for a property that is a bit closer to Indy for this respite stay.
