CriticalVisited my relative often and wanted to cry: the room is filthy! Dried food on the floor, clothes not hung up, dirty dishes, flies all over. No transportation showed up as scheduled for a serious surgery in Portland twice, so the surgery was canceled. Pays over $8,000 a month. I mentioned this at their office several times, but no one is doing anything differently. She likes the staff, and does not want to move, but some one needs to be doing the job she us paying for.

CriticalThe staff tries and tries to do the right thing - but turnover is fast - training is sketchy - there are too few staff . Corporate is shit , doesn't seem to change - they just want to squeeze staff and residents for money . My parents both lost weight - in 6 months they were down 26-30 pounds.. They couldn't get them to shower enough so they were unclean. One of us children ended up doing their showers, their nails, Dad's shaving etc. If you can afford somewhere else go there. If you can't expect to do a great amou…

(Because they're visiting several different places, they have to set up their schedule). The therapi…

★★★★★
PositiveI think they are wonderful, the best to work with. It's a solid company to depend on. I enjoy the fact that they are concerned about different issues that affect people with physical conditions. It's nice to see them work with people who need special care.
★★★★★
PositiveThe values and concerns that the staff have for the residents are consistent and positive. Often they go the extra mile to help me. My room is very well laid out and complete in what it offers. I'm a very social person and I appreciate the ability to engage with so many of the residents and staff. Living at Hawks Ridge does not limit me to pursue my favorite community interests.
