PositiveOne of the things that we like the best about this facility was that both of my parents could share a room together, even though my mother had memory issues and my father did not. They were also able to bring their small dog with them. The staff is very friendly and kind and helpful. Now that my mother is gone, my father still lives in the facility with their dog and is doing very well. In total, they have lived there for about 18 months and have had a great experience.

PositiveThe staff, including administration, has always been readily available to us. The daily staff has been caring and attentive to my family's needs, no matter what hour we need them. Facility is clean and tidy. If a problem does arrive, it is handled in a timely manner.

PositiveMy mother has lived at Highlands Village for the past three years, and we have been so pleased with her experience. The management team is wonderful, and the employees are consistently attentive, caring, and compassionate. So happy we found her home here!

PositiveMom and dad have been residents of this facility for about 2 years. They love it and I love it. The staff is wonderful and very caring. I visit all the time, and I have never had a problem. I love seeing that my parents are treated like family by the staff.
