CriticalWe saw In R Great Hands Montevideo. It's just a house. I didn't get a good vibe when I was there. It was a little rundown, and it didn't feel super clean. They were having lunch when we got there, so it kind of smelled like food. It just seemed a little lackluster. There were only two staff members there, but they were nice.

PositiveWe went to In R Great Hands - Montevideo. The girl we met was very pleasant. Everybody was pleasant there. The facility was clean. It was just not the correct fit for my dad. The staff was great. She answered all the questions and needs. They have a patio that everybody can go out to and play games.

PositiveMy mother and I found this wonderful place for my father. He had been in nursing homes where he received horrible care and we wanted him to get more nurturing, care, calmness, and attention and that is exactly what he has received! His caregivers keep me in the loop about any needs/ changes and my father receives great care here and medication management! Everyone is super friendly.and caring! They are also careful in following Covid safety protocols to keep residents safe!

PositiveWhen the time comes to place a loved one in the care of others, it is not easy. I have no regrets placing my mother In R Great Hands-Montevideo. The staff is compassionate, warm and polite. The open modern living space is beautifully decorated with large windows looking into the landscaped backyard. No unpleasant smells to be found since day one.The home cooked food looks amazing as well.
