The facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The concierge is very helpful and can answer any questions. There are a variety of activities to choose from including movies. One area that could be improved is the food. It sometimes comes undercooked or overcooked and offer too many Mexican dishes.

My loved one was in memory care. The staff is doing the best they can, but they're underpaid and at times out numbered. Look up open positions, a staff member can earn just as much if not more at certain fast food restaurants. Disappointing for what families pay, because you get what's you pay for. The lack of communication after arrival is my biggest grievance. My loved one gained weight fast as she was eating 3 meals plus snacks and desserts, more than what she would typically eat at home. We toured Ivy Park at Seal Beach and ate there. It had a nice ambiance. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was excellent. They had choices. The rooms were small. We were looking at two- bedroom rooms, and there was a limited number of two-bedroom rooms. The dining area was set up like a nice restaurant.

My sister in law is in Memory Care. The staff is attentive. Food is mediocre. She's in a nice private room with a suite mate next door and they share bathroom. The facility is beautiful. However I wish there was more physical activity- daily exercise etc. for memory care. Given this is the 3rd place she has been, Ivy is the best overall.
