Overall experience would be better if I had been informed that my mother would have to be moved to a new home 9 months after she moved in. Shortly after she moved in, she a had a bad knee injury which required a trip to the emergency room. It was caused because they were careless when moving her from the bed to the wheelchair. Lastly, they began construction before the residents moved out. It was very loud, down the hall from their rooms. Closing their doors did not help the noise level.
