McArthur Manor

Disappointed

overall I was disappointed with McArthur Manor. While the staff is friendly and professional, they gave up on my brother. He came to the facility with mild/moderate dementia. He was disoriented by the room set up/roommate situation and contracted pneumonia either shortly before or after entering the facility. After being treated at the local hospital he was sent to Stones River, a behavioral health clinic form an evaluation. After SR worked with him and adjusted medication, he was sent back to MM with a "passing gr…

Exceptional Care and Support

5 for all. I would rate higher if I could. The staff is like family. They truly care for the residents just like their own family. They take the residents on bus rides weekly and out to a different restaurant every Wednesday. It is like it's very own community and I could not have asked for better.

I recently toured McArthur Manor and was very impressed. The staff was friendly, and the building was well-decorated, clean, and sits on a nice piece of property with an inviting backyard. I was also impressed by the size of the rooms, even the studios, and I love that residents can bring their own furniture and personal items to help give them a sense of being in their own home. I would recommend McArthur Manor to anyone looking for Assisted Living.

The location of this facility is wonderful. All of the staff have been extremely friendly and caring.

Family Atmosphere

The staff of this place is very kind and attentive and professional. They do an amazing job keeping up with my mother‘s medication‘s and her needs. The food could be better. But all in all it’s still pretty good.

Great care for my Dad

As the child of a father requiring a nursing home facility, I was anxious about the care he would receive at any facility. It wasn't long before any worries vanquished. I was quite pleased with the staffing, from the helpful maintenance people, the always smiling dietary people, the fantastic nursing staff and of course the administration staff who made the whole process easy. I would recommend the facility to anyone needing a trustworthy facility for their loved ones.
