They have completely remodeled the place and new management. It is MUCH different than in the past. Definitely improved and people should take a look. Definitely recommend to others. The staff are fabulous. They really care about the residents. So happy we found this place for my mom. She loves it

A Place for Mom found McLaughlin Place for me within minutes, and I could not be happier. This turned out to be a great place for my mom. The facility is very well staffed and clean. The staff is very friendly and there is wide variety of daily activities, including occasional concerts and outings. My mom is now becoming part of a community, something she hasn't experienced in years.

Came out and did assessment right away. Was able to move in quickly. Move went smooth. No surprises with costs and staff have been amazing.

CriticalThe staff were very friendly, although a little disorganized. Also the facilities were clean and recently updated. I was a little dissatisfied with the lack of outdoor/fresh air space. It also wasn’t very clear to me how much community engagement and activities there were. This aspect seemed a little bare bones.

PositiveThe place was freshly remodeled and had a really nice updated feel to it [name removed] was our contact there who showed us around and made my mom feel really welcome. unfortunately, because of the location, it was far for most of my family and when he said it to go in another direction besides that I would say it would’ve been a choice for myself personally.
