PositiveWe did not “tour” this facility recently. We went to look at 2 available units to pick the one mom would move into. They were friendly and offered us food and beverages from their cafe. The only complaint I would have is there was supposed to be a wheelchair for mom and they could not find one. It almost sounded like they only had 1 - and that one had been used to transport someone to Starbucks and gotten left there. We had to wait quite a while to start the tour.

We really liked the layout of the building, liked the 7am-7pm restaurant schedule, and lots of residents around being busy and happy. The room was spacious and had lots of amenities. Very happy, helpful staff.
