We have had a good experience. The room is a nice size for a single occupant. Plenty of room for bed, chairs & a table. Everyone speaks to my mother by name and know she is my mother. She has regular people she eats with and enjoys their company.

The staff was very caring, the activities director was awesome always kept the memory care members engaged with cooking, creating socialization in fun and creative ways Staff always kept me informed on anything going on with mom in real time not after the fact (falls, change in condition etc) The only thing I think could improve the room would be a closet for hanging items or at least a hook for coat, sweater etc

My mom moved into Midtowne Assisted Living and Memory Care. They seem very caring and concerned with each patient. They have a lot of activities to do as a group and individually. The care that she is getting and the attention that she's getting are good. They rally around each patient to get them involved in the group exercise. They did an outdoor exercise, and she was in a wheelchair, so they encouraged them to join in. They show them how to do it and let them do it on their own, and that's how they do …
