We went to Miracle Heights. It was a family-owned business. When we walked in it was bright and cheery, but I didn't see a whole bunch of the residents. It's kind of set up in a square pattern with the courtyard in the middle, so it didn't seem like there were activity centers. They didn't show us activity centers, and it was a locked facility. My daughter-in-law doesn't need a locked facility. I didn't know that it would be a locked facility. The people were very nice. They got her a …

I toured Miracle Heights. I liked the bedrooms and I liked the common rooms that they hang out in. The place was very friendly and it was clean and updated. The staff was very kind and very friendly. They had courtyards for every room, which was nice.

We chose Miracle Heights because of the convenient location and also it is a brand new facility so it did not have an older smell to it. The room sizes are good, they are all ground level. It is great within walking distance to a strip mall with some stores and the public library is right across the street. There is also a park close by, so there are a lot of things to do outdoors that are close. I would recommend to others looking.
