Monarch Landing

I enjoyed my tour which provided me with some much needed data. The apartment I looked at was lovely and had the amenities I would want. I have just begun my search for a place to live that would not require moving as my health changes. Of the places I have toured thus far, Monarch Landing would my first choice. My timeframe would be in the next year or so. I am hoping to make another trip to that area in June 2027.

After extensive looking, I have found an excellent home in Monarch Landing. My apartment is very well suited to my needs and I have the sales and move-in team to thank for making the transition comfortable and welcoming. I’ve found lovely new friends and fabulous dining and many activities to keep my body and mind moving right along. From personal and recent experience- five big bright-shining STARS!!!

Such a beautiful facility and friendly staff

What a lovely community , such friendly, active residents and community. Staff is friendly. There are so many activities for the residents to do. Staff greets everyone at the gatehouse and then again at the front desk. The calendar has so many options to choose from and the menu from dining has many options.

The rooms are good. Beautiful and well maintained. The food is good service is good. What else can I say. Just that the staff is fantastic. Always willing.to help, always willing to figure out a way to comply with a request. And the attitude is always positive. Give this place a hard look. You will love being here

The reason I gave Monarch Landing five stars is because I couldn’t give it six stars! We visited and researched six retirement communities (including Monarch Landing) in the western Chicago suburbs and Monarch Landing always came out first. During our visits to Monarch, we were first impressed with the friendly, competent, professional and “no pressure” staff. Great place to live

So much to do. Many great activities planned and run by residents. Staff here is outstanding! Fitness center and pool are great. Several dining venues and many options for meals. Executive chef always tries to help with special diets and needs.
