Community is clean and food is great. They good care of their residents. The location is ideal for people living around Hamilton area.

This facility is severely understaffed. Managment is a joke and the staff turnover is extreme. The few staff that are there do care but when there are only 3 people for 60 residents, it’s insufficient. Communication between staff and family is poor. Communication between shifts as well as from managment to staff is poor. The food they claim to be fantastic isn’t.

Severely understaffed. 3 techs on 60 bed unit if you’re lucky. Extremely high turnover. Managment is a joke.

The reason we chose Morning Pointe of Chattanooga at Shallowford for mom was because the staff there are very caring with a capital C. They know all the residents. It was just overwhelmingly obvious that they were caring for everybody. The facility is beautiful. It's all on one floor. It's immaculately clean, very impressive in its decor and easily accessible. My mom's room is just the right size. She has plenty of space to move around and feel comfortable. She's most happy with the bathroom. Wh…

Morning Pointe of Chattanooga at Shallowford was very nice. They offered more help than what my mother needed. The people all seemed to be very nice though. The room was a studio, and it was quite adequate for what my mother needed. The place was upkept very well and very nice. They have a beauty salon/barbershop, a dining room and meals. Plus, they have 24-hour care.

Morning Pointe of Chattanooga at Shallowford was a nice environment. Nice people, and a nice building. Everything was nice. The director and all the other people were very nice. It was like a new building. It's well-maintained and clean. It's a very nice facility. The staff who gave the tour was great. She was very nice. I would recommend the place to anyone. They offer nursing care and meals. Everything is included. I met a lot of the residents, and they were all nice, happy, and well taken care of.
