The staff is friendly and caring. [name removed] is very happy there. They have a good variety of food on the menu. When I have been there during meal times, [name removed] is obviously enjoying her food. We have a camera in her bedroom, so we can see how she is cared for. It is definitely not a high-end, bougie experience with one-to-one care that you would pay thousands of dollars more for. It is solid, caring, very good care. The food is average to better than average, they have healthy snacks, and spa water that they pass out to the residence in the afternoon. I had two parents w Alzheimer's in 2 different facilities at the same time. Oak Ridge was run like a well-oiled machine. Like any company, it starts at the top. Oak Ridge is a place that is really full of light. All the workers have smiles and patience beyond words. The residents look as if they enjoy themselves. There are plenty of activities that involve the resident no matter the skill. I do enjoy visiting here.

I placed my mom In the facility six months ago. She's what I would call a pistol! The staff was so helpful and gentle with her move there. She gets lots of hugs!
