CriticalNot worth it
At first glance Wingate looks nice, but please look closer. They have had a serious rodent problem but tried to deny mice were in the kitchen?? The Board of Health had to be brought in to address the issue. The activities director was great, but unfortunately she has left. Management continues to increase the rent and fees greatly, yet wha the residents get in return decreases. They only seem to care about selling the next phase of residences at Wingate.

I picked Wingate because of the facilities location and the visual appeal of the buildings and the grounds. Very clean, very classy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the executive staff is always extremely responsive.

The facility is absolutely stunning. It's modern and clean. The staff is absolutely wonderful. It is truly a whole other level of senior living. The apartments are spacious. You can get full kitchens as well as two bedrooms. I would highly recommend the Wingate family to anyone.

I had moved into Wingate Residences at Needham, but I had to move out again, not that I got sick and nobody around me got sick, but I knew I'd be in lockdown in their senior living and that would defeat the purpose of my living there, so I moved back home.
