Nice active community!

Overture is for independent living adults. There is no regular meal preparation. So much depends on the Individual and their needs and capabilities. For me I am independent and can do for myself. I don't want full time meal service and nursing checks. I enjoy having an active community to interact with. I can use my own car for errands and Dr. appointments or use other commercial transportation. I feel like I have more choices at Overture therefore less expensive.

Overture Crabtree 55+ Apartment Homes was good. I enjoyed it. They took me through the whole building and showed me the different activities that they have for the tenants. And I'm looking forward to moving in. They have a game room, they have a pool, they have a place where you can sit and read, and they have a workout center. The apartments have wooden floors and brand-new cabinetry. They were nice. They have stainless steel appliances and a walk-in closet. Everything is included, including all the appliance…

Nice and very helpful staff but the apartments were too expensive.

Overture Crabtree 55+ Apartment Homes is a nice community. It's built maybe five or six years ago, it's not that old. I like their apartment. I'm taking a one-bedroom apartment in that community. Since I lived in the neighborhood, I knew that community for a long time. When I started to look, that's the place I went. I went to a couple of more places but that was my favorite. The staff was very, very helpful.

My friend and I visited Overture in Raleigh. Alicia spent 3 hours with us. We viewed several available apartments — each of us with different requirements. Alicia was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. The facility looks brand new, with a secure garage, and additional storage available. It is very well maintained and well located in N Raleigh. There are many options available with different layouts and views/exposures.
