The tour was very inclusive. The facility is beautiful. The marketing guide was very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very welcoming.

A great choice

The staff has been really amazing - so friendly and they take good care of him. The residents seem very happy. The overall atmosphere is great. We toured several facilities and we chose Meridian because of proximity to our home but also the team is very thorough, professional and friendly. They are actually kind and sincere, not just doing a job. They've taken very good care of my father.

This place is wonderful!! I hope it’s the future home for my loved one! The staff and the director were amazingly helpful and so kind !!!

Knowledgeable Staff, Informed Decision

[name removed] really helped to dispel some of the misconceptions of assisted living for me including the need to pay for a full caretaker versus an independent living arrangement at a assisted care facility. I didn't know that was a thing. When my aunt started living there, everyone had helped her get settled down and even the cook gave her some insight into her dietary restrictions not being an issue.

We had overall a decent experience. The entire industry in my opinion needs to be restructured. Too few staff many times, and the level of competency and caring differs from person to person. It's often that some caregivers are not interested in the residents but just the paycheck. Also, when people leave or pass on,it's obvious they don't care. Quality care during a difficult time

My mother-in-law received good care at Meridien assisted living and then memory care until her passing. All of the staff were at all times patient, attentive, and pleasant. They provided quality care and support during a long and difficult time. I would recommend them for care for your loved ones.
