PositiveThe Chateau was kept up well and had time for meals when they kept up on meals every day. Every one was kind and friendly. All the tenants seemed content there as well. I would have stayed longer but my son wanted me to move in with him and his family.

PositiveIt's good,4-5,but they are talking about a rent raise. I will have to vacate if they do. The studio apt size is fine. a small kitchenette sink, counter. nice bathroom, roomy shower. Staff is friendly when they aren't busy. Place is clean. Food is good. Lots of different activities. I recommend it.

The dorm size refrigerator would not fit with our lifestyle. My wife would be inconvenienced because the building has only one small elevator (she is somewhat mobility challenged). This facility seem…

PositiveI enjoyed the visit. I am considering joining the coomunity….. looking at convenience of travels as I don’t drive any more, closeness in distance to my children etc. will be in touch with management. The tour management did a splendid job… courteous and respectful.
