The facility is old. Approximately 30 years and could do with some upgrades. Other than that it is small accommodations with reasonably good services and amenities. I enjoy living here for the most part.

The only negative is that the hallways tend to be dirty at times. There will be black spots and dust. I realize those may be hard to maintain. Staff is fantastic and always helpful. The food is really good

PositiveHad an informative tour of this beautiful facility. People looked happy and engaged in all areas. Apts are great, all types of accommodations, many in courtyard areas. Many activities are available. Food was delicious, dining room attractive and menu varied and flexible. Staff seemed pleasant enough and engaged with residents. Many programs are available. Am impressed with this facility and look forward to being part of it.
