CriticalOverall Experience — 3/5 Overall, my experience has been average. There are some positive aspects of the facility, but there are also areas where I believe improvements are needed, particularly regarding cleanliness, consistency of care, communication, and staffing. Cleanliness of the Facility — 3/5 [name removed] is blind and cannot see when there is trash or clothing on the floor. During my weekly visits to the apartment, I have noticed trash and clothing left on the floor. While it is sometimes picked up, I b…

PositiveI wasn't the one staying there so I can't really comment on the activities. But the staff was very kind and kept me well informed about everything that was going on and any emergencies or concerns that arose . I loved the location it was easy to get to and central to all her doctors. They were very accommodating when it came to her food desires. The place itself was very nice and had accessible for her wheelchair and the on-site physical therapy was a big plus and communication was great. I wish she would have stay…

PositiveOutstanding capable, kind and friendly staff, great food, great activities, overall great care. My sister and I have great peace of mind that our mom is in memory care at the Promenade.

PositiveStaff/care: Most are wonderful, caring and pure joy! Activities: Unfortunately my loved ones do not participate Food: I'd say 90% of the food is great Cleanliness: Let's just say my nephew (who's parents are the residents) and who is there every day, goes in every day and and mops the floor, gathers all the dirty trash bags and replaces them then gathers all dirty laundry and takes it home to wash otherwise we can't stand the smell! After he does that the room is good the rest of the day. The rest of the facilit…

PositiveMy mom runs a little hot and cold on the food, but mostly I think she enjoys what they put out. She does complain about the temperature of the food not being hot enough. The facility is kept in good repair. I believe they did have an outbreak of bedbugs and there was a bug that spread around the community where there were a number of residence who had diarrhea and G.I. upset but outside of that, my mom has not noticed anything and all my visits to the facility. I also have seen that the facility is kept clean. I've…

CriticalWhen my mom first moved in in April, 2026, things were great. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The meals were good for my mom, the place was clean, no odors in the hallway. Fast forward to now: there has been an excessive amount of staff turnover, from upper management to lower staff. Management response time has become poor, if at all, when there's an issue for which I'm needing clarity. My mom doesn't get her meds on time everyday. Depending on who's dispensing the meds determines if the issuer is wea…
