She does not like the food.. says it's the same and everything is fried and burnt. It is overall clean despite a lingering feces smell upstairs in the hall by her room . She seems to be receiving proper care.

CriticalI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mom was a resident for 4 1/2 years and I would not recommend them for anyone's loved one. There is NO communication from management or nursing staff, care was inconsistent. The brightest spot was the activities director. They made so many promises and didn't follow through. Concerns will be ignored and if you try to communicate you will be labeled a trouble-maker. It is corporation owned and run as a business, not as a healthcare facility. Run away as fast as you can.
