It's a good place. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities are clean. We've had no problems. I do think it's a little pricey as they went up on costs last year, conveniently the same time that SS payments increased and by the same amount which was kind of disappointing. But I get it that everything costs more the last few years. I just wonder if they'll go down if there costs do. I doubt it.

Beautiful facility

As a family we are so very thankful mom is at Santa Fe Trails. The facility is beautiful, the staff is top notch, and mom is so happy here! I think the only area that might be improved on is the timely arrival of food at meal times. Mother says she has to wait a long time for the food to make it to her table at some meals.

A Place Where your loved one will be loved

Staff is very warm and friendly. My mom loves that they call her by her name. (She's not just a room number to staff). She is pleased with the housekeeping and very pleased with the care they take in doing her laundry. They have good communication with family. My mom walked in her room on move in day and they had a lovely basket of goodies...blankets, t shirts, etc. she was so excited about the gift basket upon entering her room for the first time. We had a horrible experience w SFT & would never recommend this place for anyone or any animal for that matter. [Name removed] the administrator has no heart. She shows no compassion whatsoever. I would give them a big fat zero on everything except for cleanliness and the food was good. However, the cloth dining table cloths were always dirty. I had to report them to the state of Texas for leaving my loved one off oxygen for hours. My loved one was oxygen dependent at 3 liters. We have received no acknowledgment…

Very Caring

This community is very favorable. It is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones. The staff are very friendly. The community is nice and clean. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are several activities for the residents to participate in, if they choose to.
