PositiveTo be honest my mom is doing much better in their care. They regularly send me pics and videos of my mom singing karaoke or enjoying the outdoor patio area. You can show up unannounced at any time. She has not complained about food. I think they're taking great care of her needs.

PositiveThe few things my grandmother complained about when she was there was definitely the food. The workers are Philippino, so the food was only Philippino and she didn't like that. There were times that the caregivers would yell at each other in their language while caring for her and it made her extremely uncomfortable. The care was amazing, but she felt like she was always a guest in their house and could never feel at ease because of the language barrier. PositiveThe staff is amazing. There is a bit of a language barrier, so it's hard for my grandmother to understand them. But they're amazing, and so so extremely accommodating. She lives in a house of about 5 other seniors, and she shares the master bedroom space with one other person. Overall, the price and the care absolutely go hand in hand.
