Not a good experience

We had no experience in the area of senior care, so we trusted A Place for Mom’s advice. However, our loved one should have never been referred to this type of senior facility. We didn't know until it was too late. The care level is no more than we could provide at our own home ourselves which obviously wasn’t an option. 24/7 access to a nurse/caregiver was advertised, but that wasn’t the case. They have been great for us, very friendly very helpful. Sunrise Home Care has all the tools in place to fit our loved ones needs perfectly and do a wonderfully fantastic job at those care needs. Would highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for a wonderful facility for their loved ones.

Great Place with Personal Care

My mother has been at Saba Sunrise for 6 months and after a period of adjustment she has settled in nicely. Small number of residents as Saba’s is a house. Highly recommend. The caregivers are great and almost like family now. Best choice we ever made in a difficult time.

Taking good care of me

They are taking good care of me here at Sunrise Home Care. I am still settling in and putting my things away and getting organized, it takes time because I need to rest in between the pain. The last place I was at they had me on the third floor and I couldn't see any activity going on. Here I can look out the window and see people walking by, or cars driving down the road. Not right for us!

I feel that the people are very nice, but that it is a waste of time and money to have them come. They really don't do anything for the amount of money that you pay. They don't provide the level of care that my loved one needed. I would not recommend them to anyone.
