CriticalThe staff was very good kind and helpful. The problem was the person in charge who never gave us any copies of the agreement. She charged us first and last payments but refused to give us the last unused month payment as agreed. She kept the money instead. No paperwork and an agreement never kept which was very convenient for her. [Name Removed] seemed very nice but not honest. Get your agreement first before giving any money. Her staff were great but she can't be trusted.
