The Auberge at Valley Ranch

They never left the residents just sitting in their rooms. They were always out in the large community room around other people with activities going on quite often. The staff was very friendly and took great care of our mom. I would recommend Auberge for anyone with a loved one needing memory care.

Terrible Experience

Our experience was horrible. I pulled my aunt out as quickly as possible. I purchased another home and placed her there. She was neglected, her medication and medical care was terrible. The person in charge left the place a few days after we left, as I was trying to get her records. I found out that the entire facility is closing as well. I was horrible.

The best of all worlds

We left a facility that felt very cold, it was overpriced and we felt kind of ignored by the people who ran the facility, and The Auberge is the complete opposite it is a world of difference. When our loved one first moved in the set up a table for all the men to sit at and eat at so they could get to know our loved one - it was very welcoming. I toured the Auberge at Valley Ranch and I didn't like it. It felt very depressing and sad, I think everyone who lived there was completely memory care. We chose another community because The Auberge felt kind of stale.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the gentlemen who took us around was very positive and helpful

Here is a Good Place

This is a good community. The director of the community is awesome, and cares for each resident's life. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Most of the staff are good to work with. They are friendly and professional. There are some activities for the residents to choose from. There is more staff participation in trying to get the residents involved in these activities. The food is good. There is a larger lunch and a smaller dinner that is served, along with breakfast.
