PositiveThe Estates is a clean, well-maintained facility. One of my main concerns when choosing a facility is the menu, as I need to eat gluten-free food. I was please to see a printed menu for that day's dinner, with each item noted as GF, DF, V etc. There are many activities planned. There is a heated pool, hot tub, gym and therapy offered. There is also a nice walking trail around the property.

PositiveThe staff at The Estates at Town Center have been gracious from my first phone call with [name removed] who provided much more than a tour. In fact all the staff and the residence I met were more than happy to talk and share their experiences. I sensed I was meant to be here, the settings are lovely and all units are thoughtfully designed. I have an East facing single-level studio on the fourth floor, elevator nearby. PositiveI have a 1 bedroom. The living room is very large so I divided the room into the dining room and living room. The 3 piece Lazy Boy recliner separates the living room and dining room table The recliner faces the TV and the dining room table makes it into dining room and living room. The dining room is also my computer area and computer desk area. My housekeeper does an excellent job on their weekly schedule. She changes the sheets and vacuums. The daily 2 meals for lunch and dinner are excellent. They also give you …

PositiveA big giant 5 stars. I rave about your facility to everyone. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the activities off the chain, the rooms are lovely sizes and clean. I would live there if I was single. Is there an age limit?

CriticalThis place is not very well organized to serve people I have waited up to hour and half for the server to come today I came at 12..00 and the explanation I get it sit in the front if you want to get your food fast or carry out your food we don’t pay $3700 dollars for these type off excuses. I have a full kitchen but I come to this place when I don’t feel like cooking. This place needs to improve their views and services.
