The staff are great, but there have been some issues with short staffing. The nurses are good but have too many patients. Very friendly place. Good food and nice wait staff in dining room. Everyone knows the residents by name. Overall it is a good experience

The intake process was very smooth. I enjoyed the tour. The Lodge is very clean and it always smells good, either at meal time when there's a nice food aroma or during the day when it just smells clean. My stepdad is not an activities guy so I can't really speak to those, but he has enjoyed being taken out for ice cream and pizza. his room is around 300 ft.². The staff has been very kind and helpful. The director of nursing has stepped in to answer my questions- overall very happy.

The caregivers were nice/respectful. There were an OK amount of activities for the memory care unit. The food was fine. The cleanliness was fine in most places, but i would more often than not find soiled bedding just sitting on/in my dad's bed, we brought it up a few times and it wasn't corrected. The size of the room was fine. The communication from the administration was terrible. There were times my dad was sent to the E.R. and I wasn't contacted about it until after he returned hours later. Eventually they, ou…

5 for all categories. It's been a wonderful experience. My friend, who is there is well taken care of. Every time I visit I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. My friend has complicated medical issues, but they have managed to stabilize her and she is thriving. She gets excellent attention and response to her needs. She really enjoys the activities and loves the food!!!
