Positivegreat experience for mom
They were very easy to work with when we moved mom in, and they all got to know her quickly. Everyone seems very welcoming. There are a lot of choices for food, but mom complains often that they run out of the popular things quickly. The apartment size is perfect for her and it is very convenient that they have outside services come in to the facility for healthcare and therapy so she doesn't have to drive to appointments.

My father has moved into The Lodge at Wake Forest. Everything is very good. Everyone is very friendly. There are lots of volunteer ambassadors (other residents) who reach out and ask him if he has any questions. So, in addition to the staff themselves, everybody is very nice. The apartment is bigger than the place he had before. It has a nice, separate bedroom and a decent-sized living room. It can handle all of his furniture. We still have to finish doing the wall hangings. I was only there on Tuesday and Wednesda…

The cleanliness interior is a 5, the exterior is a 3. The visiting medical staff and on-site Rehab are exceptional The 4 rating is because they frequently have issues with the bus/driver and do not offer many out of facility options. My Mom has been in and out of the hospital the few months and the staff has been so sweet and supportive.
