I went to The Luxe at Cedar Hill to visit a friend. She was staying in the single home in the back. It was nice. I liked it. I saw a two bedroom two bath. Their bathroom and main bedroom are what I'm looking for, something that is accessible, especially for my husband. It had a garage and it was spacious enough. I liked it but I know I'm not going to be able to afford one of those. The kitchen was also spacious enough. I liked the area and the floor plan my friend had. I didn't experience any of the …

My daughter and I looked at The Luxe at Cedar Hill, and I think that's where I would like to end up. It was a great experience. It was very informative. It's almost like a resort with all the amenities. There's a big pool, a putting green, and a spa. It has everything that you could hope for to have. It's in excellent condition.

The Luxe at Cedar Hill was very nice, very light, airy, and roomy. Plus, they have elevators that take you from floor to floor. You don't have to take the stairs. The entrance was awesome. The color scheme was great. I liked the whole general area, but financially, I can't afford to live there. It's cean, friendly and active. However, the significant rent increase after the first year's lease drove me and several other previous residents away. I picked this community, because of the staff, safety, new, cleanliness, location, and special move-in incentives. Storage limitations and parking are significant drawbacks for Luxe at Cedar Hill. Also, all resident parking spaces should include assigned covered parking spaces.

I would recommend The Luxe of Cedar Hill gladly! I had looked at several places, and there were waiting lists. I passed by here often visiting my son and brother. Made an appointment for a tour and loved it. They have security, child free, and friendly staff.
