The people who worked at The Meridian at Anaheim Hills were very friendly. I toured for independent living, and they showed me around and made me feel at home. Other people that I met who lived there already were also very friendly. I liked the services that they offer. My mother-in-law has moved into The Meridian at Anaheim Hills. The assistants were very kind and caring and gave her attention. They were engaging and good at redirecting. The apartments were spacious, all had views, and were kept very clean. She had a studio and was then moved into a one-bedroom when it became available. There are daily activities that she's encouraged to go to, and if she does not want to, they have an outdoor area to visit a garden, and also outings monthly, and an on-site hair salon. Since…

I am at The Meridian at Anaheim Hills. It is terrible. The people are super nice, and it does give the impression when you first walk in that everything is going peachy keen, but in fact, right now, many ceilings are leaking. We have washing machines that break down, and it takes months to fix them. The food is terrible. The apartments are really nice. They have nice kitchens, but when looking out for the residents, it's poor. They have residential meetings once a month for input, but no matter what you say or…

Although the people are extremely nice, the so-called amenities many times don't work. For example, the washer and dryers break down and it takes forever to have them repaired. Kitchen sinks back up and stink terribly and the repairs are quick fixes, not checking for the underlining causes. Many residents have been experiencing these things for years, but don't say anything.

I visited The Meridian at Anaheim Hills and toured their memory care for my mom. It was nice and organized, and everybody was very caring. It seemed like it had good activity programs. The memory care was clean and well-organized. They had a dining area and an activity room. The staff who toured me around was also very knowledgeable.

We toured The Meridian at Anaheim Hills. It was a pretty large place. They had a lot of nice community things, including an event and a very nice banquet hall where people were able to eat out. The people were very happy.
