The staff genuinely cared for my father and helped make his latter days happy and well cared for. His room was comfortable and kept clean and he enjoyed the food which is better than expected. There are plenty of daily activities for everyone and they do a great job of making it a great environment for residents and family

PositiveOur families experience
The staff and caregivers are very nice and kind. The monthly calendar is full of daily activities. The food is good. The room my husband is in is a respite room. It is good size, with furniture provided. He will soon move into a studio apt. with his own furniture. The rooms are not spacious, but are adequate. The only thing I find discouraging is, the cleaning of my husband's room. It is not through. All that is done, basically, is taking out the trash, and sweep the floor. Needs improvement. He was there for respite care for two weeks. My impression is that of 5 stars - my father enjoyed the food & social activities. He went on a weekly outing. He stated that they picked up his laundry regularly. The staff were kind and helpful. Dad speaks of the Pavilion fondly and looks forward to another vacation there.

PositiveI Highly recommend The Pavilion- mom & dad love their new home!!
My Mom & Dad love it! The Pavilion is not cheap, but it is a great place and well worth it! There is activities, a movie room, and a large dining area. They do have a Memory Care Unit for residents that need additional help due to Dementia or Alzheimers. But those residents are separated from mom & dad. The Pavilion is well kept clean & taken care of.
