The Preston of the Park Cities

it was too crowded, I noticed some of the staff pushing people in wheelchairs kind of aggressively, 1 lady was lost on the wrong floor and couldn't find her way home. it is too expensive to be this chaotic.

Happiness for my parents and happiness for me.

[name removed] was amazing with her tour, her incredible communication, and the whole staff was so wonderful and the facility is beautiful. Absolute joy finding a beautiful, safe place, full of wonderful people who give me the peace of mind that mom and dad are getting the best care in the best place.

When I was ready to move my husband a year ago I visited 6 highly recommended facilities in our area. I immediately knew The Preston was best - the atmosphere, the facilities, the food but most important the entire staff gave me such confidence and comfort. The past year has only reinforced my choice

I moved my mom into The Preston of Park Cities in October, and we have been very happy with the care she has received so far. The staff is really fun to be around they really seem to care about the residents. The atmosphere is cozy and familial, and the food is also good as well. If you're struggling with the decision I suggest doing a tour of this place and you can really get a good feel for it.

Knowing my family member is being cared for by such a qualified and loving staff helps me sleep at night. The entire staff.. from dining to nursing to life enrichment.. all go above and beyond to meet the needs of each resident. The management of the facility is exceptional and they lead by example.. always keeping the needs of the residents as their priority. Amazing Residence for Mom

My mother has been a resident since the place first opened as Harbor Chase of The Park Cities 3 years ago, then changed management and became The Preston of the Park Cities. The place is gorgeous and they are far more creative with their food and menus than any other place we initially looked at. Although there has been turnover in staff over the years, the best key players on staff stayed & have become real assets to the place.
