PositiveHave Seniors wants and needs as theirs to solve.
Once every two months they have a "newbie" free lunch off lobby. You get to meet each staff member and they outline their duties. You meet Ambassadors (fellow residents) who answer any individuals questions. Very pleasant and even the General Manager himself. Lovely surroundings and services available.

It is now called Unbridled Living of Dallas. I rate as 4. Not 5 due to the rainwater which enters the living room and bedroom floors during moderate rainfall. The issue has been reported but no resolution at this time. I would recommend it. Once rainfall leak from the patio is fixed, it would rate as outstanding.

Positives: they have large living areas at very reasonable prices. Everyone is very nice. Negatives: they seem short staff (maintenance, driver support, simple questions, response times, etc) and transitioning team to help with the entire moving-in and orienting process was (and still is) poor.
