PositiveWhen I arrived for my first tour, I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. I was impressed by how clean and light-filled the lobby and the dining areas were. The grounds were well-maintained and the view was lovely. The staff were welcoming and very professional. When I returned a few weeks later with my brother, who was interested in moving to an assisted living facility, the staff treated him as an honored guest. PositiveFrom what I've seen, the people and the facility overall are great. They can be a little disorganized at times but overall great. The only negative to this point would be scheduling the van for doctor appointments, but that may smooth out in time.

During the tour, we couldn’t help notice how unprofessional much of the staff was, they appeared argumentative & observed many sitting around and not interacting with other residents, also short staffed for the size of the building. The interior was tired, desperately in need of refresh. We also heard many complaints about food. The ED seemed flustere…

CriticalProximity was the main draw for me. It's very close and a place my father could afford. However, they're having trouble keeping staff, and his room doesn't get cleaned. I have to push to make sure contracted things get done.
