My mother is a resident and we are overall pleased with her care. I would suggest that when her commode is cleaned that they don’t leave the toilet seat up because my mother can’t see and she was sitting down in the toilet when I arrived yesterday. Also I have noticed when I walk in the facility there is an unpleasant odor that hasn’t been there in the past. I love the planters in the front that are filled with plants and flowers. It gives a nice appeal to the facility.

The Staff at Waterford are always very informative about the residents there and always willing to answer any questions I ask. My mom is a resident in memory care and the staff has told me that they treat the residents like their grandparents. They are trained to take good care of the people that live there. The facility is deep cleaned every week and always smells clean.

CriticalThe Waterford felt very homey. It was neat and clean. The staff was friendly. This community seems to be a renovated home. The room I was shown was sufficient, but smelled musty. There was not a lot of evidence or updates or renovation.
