We decided to stop in at the Thompson Home assisted living facility since we were in the Waco area, looking at other facility options for our uncle. the grounds looked well-tended as we drove up. The staff greeted us at the door and was very accommodating, even though we didn't have an appointment. They graciously offered to give us a tour without notice.
