I thought the Traditions was an immaculate facility! The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the apartments and overall layout and the activity board!

The caregivers were kind, but the facility often seemed understaffed, which made it difficult for residents to receive timely attention. The food was fair, and the overall cleanliness was also fair. At the end of the day, no one will ever care for your loved one the way you do, so it's important to stay involved and advocate for their needs.

Independent Living staff is amazing.

The facility was great, Sandy and staff at the long term facility were amazing. The apartment was the perfect size. However when it came to getting her into the assisted living side. The women in charge that made that decision was a total failure. She never communicated to me that she would not accept her. And the reason was false. What we like the most about the community is the overall cleanliness and the value for money. We would recommend Traditions to other families.

Traditions is beautiful. Clean, spacious, and the resident rooms available were large and comfortable. Even the studios were spacious. [name removed] guided the tour, and she was lovely. Traditions is by far, my favorite facility of all the others I have toured. Unfortunately, however, also the most expensive.
