filth and disgust-Management horrible from top to bottom-resident care is not a priority -smells of urine and feces -roaches and rodents abound. Caregivers speak poorly to residents and have no social skills-also witnessed with there managers who are not available when asked, either smoking or out of the building and when you do speak with them you see why the care staff lacks empathy and social skills

I went to Vista Del Mar Senior Living for assisted living. The tour experience was great. We toured several floors of the facility. The second floor had more shared rooms, and the third level had more single rooms. We were out of the budget for a single room, so I was mainly looking for shared accommodation. The only thing with that facility is that you have to have in-home supportive services. Their pricing is weird. If you need certain levels of care, everything is ala carte. Vista Del Mar Senior Living is a really nice facility. It seems like a hotel. It has a nice luxury area. They had a lot of good care for the facility. The rooms were spacious. They're a little bit bigger than the other ones. They're a little bit cheaper, but they still offer the same amenities. It was still hitting the same price point, but still offering the same things. My sister has been at Vista Del Mar for two years. While her health has declined, the care she received has ramped up! She has a degenerative muscular disease so when we moved, we wanted the reassurance that she would be well cared for. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious. The staff is WARM and CARING. She feels like she is living with family. My sister has only been at Vista Del Mar Senior Living for a couple of days. She's in the assisted living part. They also have an upstairs, which is another area that's memory care.
