I am a Woodside Manor Senior Community resident. They told me things when I came here to get the apartment; now it's something different. It's not what they advertised it to be. They said they have a gym where we can go work out at the gym. They have a swimming pool. They have all the activities, and some insurance lady who sells Medicare Plus comes here and holds a bingo game to try to get people to sign up for insurance. I've moved into Woodside Manor Senior Community. I love it. I rarely see the staff. I see the maintenance guys because they also pick up the trash and they're nice. They don't serve food. They have activities, but I don't have a way to get around, so I haven't participated. The maintenance is fine. The floor plan is wonderful. Once we saw this area, we loved it. The housing is wonderful. I feel like I'm in a private house.

I am in the Woodside Manor Senior Living complex. I'm in a two-bedroom, two-bath, but I cannot afford it. I need to find something that's a one-bedroom. I am also in an income tax free or tax cut situation here at the Woodside Manor. They don't do anything to improve their grounds. They're not very reliable with their in-house maintenance. I've turned in a couple of reports, but they've really done nothing to repair the conditions that I have turned in. There is a dining area and a kit…
