My mom is at Bloom At Eagle Creek. Both of my parents moved in there, and then my dad's dementia got worse, so we had to move him into a memory care facility. The Blooms At Eagle Creek is different. The care is not the same, and it's a little bit bigger building. My mom doesn't get involved in any activities over there because she has asthma and she's short-winded. The best thing is that she is in a one-bedroom, and she likes the spaciousness of it, and that's it. However, they need a lot o…

The staff is what sealed the deal for us after visiting several other properties. The engagement manager, [name removed] was so very personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable about my mom living there. I then met several nurses and other staff who were all very pleasant.
